Booking and payment
How do I book?
Alto Pass books instantly — choose your dates, pay, and you're confirmed. Peña Blanca is by request: send your dates and a little about your group, and we'll reply within a day with a quote and a secure payment link.
Is it safe to pay here?
Yes. Payments run through Guesty, the hospitality platform both houses are managed on, over an encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card number.
What's the cancellation policy?
[Match this to your Guesty policy. For example: free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in; 50% refund up to 14 days; no refund inside 14 days. Peña Blanca holiday weeks: 60 days.]
Is there a security deposit?
[For example: a refundable hold of $X on Peña Blanca, released within 7 days of checkout if the house is left as you found it. No deposit on Alto Pass.] We ask every guest to confirm their identity before check-in details go out.
House rules
Group size and events
Peña Blanca sleeps thirteen and that's the overnight limit. Gatherings of your own group are welcome; we don't host weddings, ticketed events, or amplified music outdoors. If you're not sure whether your plans fit, ask — we'd rather say yes to the right thing than no to a surprise.

Quiet hours and neighbours

Who do I call if something goes wrong?
Your confirmation includes a local contact for the house who can be there in person. For anything else, reply to your booking message or email stay@bnjproperties.com.
Accessibility

Privacy
